Betty has a loyal customer base that seeks her out during their visits to find out about current and upcoming promotions. Thanks to her diligence in asking every customer about the MILITARY STAR card, she leads our store in applications and our MilStar penetration rates continue to improve. Our results for fiscal month March were 32.08% current year vs. 28.89% last year, with MILITARY STAR sales at $197,674 current year versus $179,478 last year. Heather is the epitome of a team player, always assisting at Popeyes, Burger King and Subway. Her positive, can-do attitude is infectious and is key to keeping the team’s morale up. Heather works closely with the food court manager to gain a better understanding of the overall financials for her facility.  She is an amazing asset to the Mountain Home Exchange!

William Love

Kirtland Air Force Base

William is an outstanding manager for Kirtland Exchange car care. He offers free tire repairs and brake checks to our customers. William is a huge supporter of the Exchange’s 0% interest for car care promotions, and he offers these promotions to his customers. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the business by networking with Sandia Labs staff and base leadership. His MILITARY STAR penetration is 12.21% current year vs. 11.17% last year. William understands the importance of the Exchange mission and how it affects our military community. He is truly an asset to the services team.  Thank you, William for a job well done!
