Manuela has been an essential part of the Panera Café team since the restaurant opened in October 2021. She shows great leadership, is knowledgeable about the menu and has great communication with customers. Manuela shines bright when she’s working with the production team on catering orders. Regardless of what the day holds, she always has a positive outlook and is ready to serve the greatest customers in the world!

Mary Grace Merling is our new MILITARY STAR Card Ambassador. During a recent deployment, she was able to obtain more than 30 approved applications in a month at the Express. Fort Cavazos is excited to see what she does in the future as our very own Ambassador!

Parrish Shackelford

Parrish joined our Services team in August 2023. He is steadily learning and growing in his role and is dedicated to taking care of our business customers. Parrish consistently engages with our concessionaires and holds them to Exchange policies and standards. He always has a positive attitude, is dedicated, provides innovative contributions and never hesitates to volunteer his assistance. He is instrumental in organizing collaborative events and has a great relationship with our community.  Parrish has facilitated opening two unattended retail units and he’s working on establishing two more. His vigorous work to bring in new vendors for our customers has made a significant impact on our Services team and on the Maxwell AFB community.
