She provides continual feedback, aiding her team in adjusting processes to ensure that we are providing the best customer service, promoting Exchange Protection Plans and MILITARY STAR, and minimizing walk-offs. With her continued dedication, our facility has achieved 100% self-checkout utilization and a MILITARY STAR average of 8.1% at our self-checkouts!
