Store assistant Mr. Lee consistently goes above and beyond. We recently had a customer preparing for a party who had a full and heavy cart. When Mr. Lee saw her, he immediately took the initiative to assist her—including delivering the merchandise to the dormitory. Since forming an emotional connection with this customer, she looks for him anytime she stops by and occasionally stops in just to say hello. Thank you, Mr. Lee, you are an asset to Suwon BX and an exceptional example of Family Serving Family. We are proud to have you!

Normally, Subway requests advance notice for sandwich platter orders. We recently had a customer come in during a busy lunch rush, requesting a sandwich platter to go.  atoshi stepped up and told the customer he would have the order ready in 15 minutes. The extremely thankful customer returned a week later to order four sandwich platters for a party the next day and thanked Satoshi again for his help with the rush order the previous week. With Satoshi’s exceptional customer service, he was able to generate $246.45 in sandwich platter sales. His commitment to the Marines, his fellow Exchange associates and the Camp Hansen community exemplifies our core value of Family Serving Family.

During a recent deployment for the Australian Air Force to Misawa Air Base, Maki and her team were able to provide outstanding support.  She ensured there were 14 cars available to our guests and even assisted in helping to familiarize them with local driving laws and conditions. With Maki’s professionalism and expertise, the Car Rental Shop reached its sales goal for the fiscal year with an increase of 20% over last year.  She and her team made a positive impression with the Australian Air Force, which reflects highly on the Misawa Exchange
