Since assuming the role of the annex manager, Nicole has greatly improved the key financial indicators at Fort Buchanan Military Clothing store. She has reduced our computed number of employees by one, decreased our personnel cost by 25%, increased productivity by 20% and increased our direct operating results by 19.9% year-to-date. Nicole has been working to improve our customers’ shopping experience by revamping our product assortment and locating hard-to-get items. Her contributions aren’t limited to just our store. We have a shared location with the PXTRA and, being an exemplary team player, Nicole is happy to share the knowledge and experience she gained as the shift manager there. Nicole is truly an example of Family Serving Family!

She is a trusted leader, always motivating and challenging others, playing a big role in our facility’s results and consistently gaining the respect of those around her. Thanks to Tierra’s leadership, our Qdoba is No. 11 worldwide with productivity at $14,341, with earnings before depreciation at 29.9%, and No. 3 in sales. She is well known and liked by many of our regular customers, and we are so thankful to have Tierra on our team!
