Devin is a shining example of dedication and excellent customer service, always ensuring THAT our guests have the best possible experience when they visit Luke’s Popeyes. He makes it a priority to entertain and update guests on the status of their order while they’re waiting. Devin’s efforts have led to the Luke Popeyes achieving a 5-star guest satisfaction rating. This is just one of the great customer comments we’ve received for him: “I manage security on Luke Air Force Base and every time I visit Popeyes during a shift, this young man’s positive attitude is contagious. He’s always upbeat, friendly and professional. This young man makes the choice to smile, [and] be kind and great at everything he does.” Way to go, Devin!
Miguel Donaldson
Owner of “The Fire”
Eielson Air Force Base
Miguel is the son of a 27-year Army Veteran with strong ties to the military community. In 2017, he started out with a food trailer. Now he and his team have grown quite a following and assembled a strong business of a truck, three trailers, and a concept in the Eielson food court. Miguel’s strong work ethic, stellar customer service and culinary sense have repeatedly brought many satisfied customers to the food court. We appreciate his dedication to providing delicious food options to our airmen and their families!
Tai Turner
Express Shift Manager
Ellsworth Air Force Base
Tai is exceptional in every aspect. Not only is he a great leader, always leading his team by example, he’s willing to go the extra mile when it comes to accommodating his customers. Tai takes the time to get to know our customers on a personal level—creating special orders for them that in turn become increased sales for our facility. He diligently manages Snack Avenue expenses, recently took over as our Health & Safety chairperson, and completed the Retail Management Academy to further his skillset with the Exchange. Tai continues to improve the business and takes the time to not only learn, but increase sales throughout various departments of the store, and consistently receives positive customer comments. He is a true asset to the Ellsworth Express and the Exchange as a whole.
