Foster is a determined associate dedicated to the Exchange and its mission. His expertise and janitorial experience have saved Fort Meade money by not affecting the bottom line with outside contractor expenses. Loren’s mission to cleanliness and paying attention to detail is essential to the overall store appearance. Loren has a positive attitude, always can be counted on to complete a task in a timely manner and is willing to assist other facilities when needed.  This has been demonstrated with his selfless act in assisting with burnishing the sales floor at two Expresses and restaurants. Loren is truly an asset to the Fort Meade Exchange!

Eric’s leadership skills and knowledge of food operations have significantly improved JBMDL food court operations. Under his guidance, sales have increased 9.4% YTD over last year, and with his continued focus and drive, YTD DOP has increased by 175%—$75,000 over last year. His strategic vision and effective management have not only optimized performance but also set new benchmarks for success! He is focused on the development and success of his team. Eric has made a substantial impact on food operations across JBMDL, and he strives for excellence in all aspects of his operations. We are grateful to have him on our team!

Mehmet Irmak is an outstanding, dedicated and productive employee. He consistently displays a readiness and capability to take on extra responsibilities that demand additional effort. His contributions have greatly enhanced the operational efficiency at Fort McNair Express, resulting in a notable 8.3% increase in sales compared with previous year. Mehmet is always positive, smiling and willing to help wherever he is needed. He has a great rapport with the customers and goes the extra mile to ensure we take care of them.
