Ik-hyun is a highly motivated and dedicated associate whose efforts and service are frequently recognized by many customers. During the recent POG alignment of K-16 PX, Mr. Yu developed and implemented a plan to minimize disruptions to the customer shopping experience. He efficiently managed the relocation of gondolas, merchandise and fixtures while ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for our valued customers. In addition to his outstanding work during the renovation, Mr. Yu regularly provides exceptional customer service, particularly with the buy online/pick up in-store and shuttle programs. The K-16 Branch Exchange handles an average of 26 transfer requests per month, ranging from baby products to big-screen TVs, and Mr. Yu’s dedication has significantly contributed to our ability to meet these demands efficiently. While the Schofield Express was closed and unattended, Schofield Dual Food Burger King Associate Ms. Laguitan demonstrated quick thinking and responsibility when she noticed fuel odor and saw a gasoline leak at the Express across from her facility. Without hesitation, she immediately called the fire department to report the hazardous situation. Her prompt action potentially prevented a dangerous fire or explosion, and her decision to prioritize the safety of those around her is truly commendable. Charlie’s action serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of staying alert and taking swift action to prevent potential disasters.
