Western Region recognizes Daryl Robertson, Elvira Teninty and Jonee Jones for their outstanding hardwork and unwavering dedication to our customers.

Daryl Robertson
Courier
Travis/Beale Exchange

In his role as courier, Daryl continuously goes above and beyond to ensure that facilities’ needs are being met. He often precedes his route with a phone call for any last-minute adjustments or to verify the accuracy of an outgoing transfer. His efforts have been pivotal for the Travis and Beale Exchanges, allowing us to enhance the customer shopping experience and gain loyalty to the Exchange. Daryl is a shining example of the standard for customer service within the Exchange.

Elvira Teninty
Dining Attendant
Hill AFB

Elvira is being recognized for her outstanding dedication not just to the Hill Food Court but to the Exchange mission. She consistently steps up to ensure that the facility’s dining area is continuously clean for Exchange guests but doesn’t stop there. When food concepts are inundated with customers during the lunch rush, she jumps right in to assist with the flow without being asked. Elvira is a Veteran spouse and understands that the customer’s time during lunch is valuable. That’s why she’s always the first to step up and ask how she can help. She sets the example of what a team player truly is and constantly sets the example of Family Serving Family. We are honored to have her as part of our Exchange family.
