“The primary objective of the new career interview calendar is to make scheduling and conducting career interviews easier for managers and associates,” said HR Talent’s chief of career assignments Rhonda Moncrief. “Managers can now simply go to a dedicated website and book an interview at a convenient time for both parties.”

This streamlined process saves time and ensures that career development becomes a continuous and integrated part of the associates experience.

One of the primary areas of focus is the “Am I Competitive” system, where talent managers review the associate’s executive profile. This involves discussing the associate’s current standing, desired career moves and the qualifications needed for different roles.

This includes highlighting relevant courses such as “Maximize Your Career Potential” and “Interviewing Skills” to enhance associates’ competitiveness.
