Check out the MILITARY STAR Q2 Challenge Cup Winners

Through the second quarter of the second year of the MILITARY STAR_® Challenge Cup, competition remains fierce.

Stores worldwide are working to up their MILITARY STAR numbers—both new accounts and card usage—over last year’s results. Quarterly winners in each region win $500 for a team event. The top store for all of FY2024 will receive a $1,000 prize and the coveted Challenge Cup. The leading region for the year will also be presented with a trophy.

Central Region is the Q2 leader, and regional store winners are:

• Western: Eielson AFB
• Central: Maxwell AFB
• Eastern: Carlisle Barracks
• Europe: Italy Consolidated
• Pacific: Yokota AFB

“We’re seeing great numbers from our stores, with this quarter’s winners showing increases of 54 to 175% over last year,” said Exchange Credit Program Senior Vice President Tommy Ward. “These results are the direct results of our hard-working store teams to increase MILITARY STAR applications and usage. Can’t wait to see how the competition progresses!”

Results are calculated using the average of each Exchange’s year-over-year percentage change in both new cardmember acquisitions and card usage. The winners of the yearlong contest will be announced at the Retail, Food and Services Managers Conference in 2025.
