With a combined 33 years of service with the Exchange, Ken and Dagmar exemplify our core values and commitment to our community. They recently responded to a customer phone call after a customer had left a shopping bag behind. Thanks to their diligence and focus, they were able to quickly track the merchandise to a shopping cart in the parking lot and secure it at Customer Service. The customer, who is not from the area, went above and beyond to try to find out who the two associates were who helped him recovered his items. He even reached out to Exchange President Jason Rosenberg to share his story of what happened to him at Fort Liberty while passing through. The customer was very appreciative, and his outstanding comment submission gained recognition from Rosenberg and Chief Operating Officer Marla Randolph. The Fort Liberty Exchange appreciates Ken and Dagmar’s commitment and their contributions to our mission.

Mario has been instrumental in the financial growth of JBLE services. Mario is enthusiastic and dedicated to serving the JBLE community with superb execution of services programs. His enthusiasm has contributed to YTD sales $8.3M, yielding an increase of $1M YTD and direct operating results of $911K, an increase of $17K. He clearly has proved to be a valued addition to the JBLE team!
