“I worked in my uncle’s gyros restaurant in Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels for many years before seeing this opportunity to open up my own gyros house here in Katterbach,” said owner Erdinc Bingol, “Working with the Exchange has been an incredible experience. Our larger family has been collaborating with them for over 25 years, and this has been great start to our new business venture by far.”
