Cheryl has been with US Vision at at Eglin for 12 years. She dedicates herself to serving the best customers in the world and is proactive in increasing the MILITARY STAR penetration rate. Her results for August 2024 were 40.5% Vs 21.51% in August 2023. YTD, her MILITARY STAR rate was 29.92% Vs 26.34% in 2023. Cheryl is professional and friendly; she has a knack for matching the perfect glasses to the customer. Many folks insist that she help them when they get new glasses

Mr. Gene is a diamond in our organization. He is a jack of all trades and goes beyond for the Exchange. Mr. Gene is willing to assist every department and every store. He always says that there is not enough time in a day to do everything he wants for us in the store. When there are special events, he looks forward to being our Easter Bunny, Santa Claus or whatever character he needs to be to make the event more memorable. Even in his spare time, Mr. Gene will dress up to ensure that the store has something for children to look forward to. His contributions to the store, the company and the community have been invaluable.
Eula Lyons

Eula Lyons has been with the Exchange for 30 years in the same location. Her attention to detail in the receiving process protects the main store’s accountability. Eula is a huge part of managing more than $11 million in merchandise and thoroughly follows up when there are receiving anomalies. She also plays a big role in the facility achieving a .02% ($6,789 over) shrink percentage for FY 2023, with sales of approximately $30 million. Eula is a source of great calm in an area that can be extremely hectic, which adds to the positive atmosphere in the stockroom. We are thankful to have Eula on our Team!
