Tom consistently exceeds expectations not only by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within our facilities—he also assists retail customers within the PX. He also assists our theater and food court in maintaining and exceeding standards with our ice making equipment. Tom uses TEAMWORK to make the DREAM WORK!

Susann Swinton is a highly motivated Military Clothing sales supervisor. Her unwavering dedication has earned her several awards and coins over the years.  Most recently, she was presented a coin by Maj. Gen. Matthew Van Wagenen, Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, for always going above and beyond with every customer. Our customers continually associate Susann with Wiesbaden Military Clothing sales. Her dedication has resulted in a 10.5% increase in sales for FY 2024. Ms. Swinton is an incredible asset to Military Clothing and her service is greatly appreciated!

Adisa has consistently demonstrated that she is a leader who strives to provide exceptional customer satisfaction by overcoming any obstacles, including certain deployment conditions. During her tour as the store manager at Al Dhafra Air Base (United Arab Emirates), she has continued to achieve exceptional results through her building of strong command relationships and constant involvement with the military community. She has maintained impeccable standards and a commitment from her team to consistently exceed customers’ expectations.   She has achieved cohesion within her team by developing their skills and accountability, using clear and concise direction. Adisa is receptive to new ideas and will execute them flawlessly. She requires minimal follow-up from Exchange leadership due to her effective communication skills. She is an asset to the Southwest Asia Exchange.
