Exchange special emphasis program ABLE will discuss the importance of fostering an inclusive work environment during a lunch and learn at 11:30 a.m. Central on Oct. 30.

During the presentation, co-executive champions Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, Fred Hannah and Region Vice President, west central, Scott Bonner will be joined by an associate panel who’ll share success stories, challenges and experiences in the workplace.

Associates can click here to attend via Microsoft Teams.

“Inclusion is about more than just accessibility,” Hannah said. “It’s also about recognizing and understanding the unique strengths and perspectives associates with disabilities bring. Empowering associates with disabilities creates a thriving environment where we all can succeed.”

National Disability Employment Awareness Month is celebrated every October, commemorating the contributions of people with disabilities to the Nation’s workplaces and economy.
