Jimmy John’s has been a great vendor partner with the Fort Knox Exchange. The team is always ready to participate in any installation events to help increase sales and to be part of the Fort Knox Community. Jimmy John’s did an amazing job at our National Raider Challenge Event in October and made $10,000 in additional sales in two days selling out of a tent. This year so far, they have made $960K which is 11% ALY. We are thankful for having Jimmy John’s as part of the Fort Knox Exchange team!

As a sales associate in the Hardlines department at the Fort Sill main Exchange, Nancy exemplifies dedication and service. With a tenure of more than 15 years in various roles, she has shown an exceptional commitment to customers, her team and the overall mission. Her 20 years of service in the U.S. Army before retiring have enriched her work ethic, making her a role model in reliability and integrity. Her knowledge of Hardlines is extensive and valued by all who work with her. Every day, her colleagues rely on her for support, guidance and training, especially when it comes to new products and initiatives such as those from Home Depot and Ashley Furniture. Her adaptability, professionalism and friendly nature set her apart. With her help, Department 430 has had an increase in sales of 31% as well as an increase of 28.07% in gross margin. She also had an impact on Department 435 with an increase of 43.85% in sales and a 51.91% increase in gross margin. Beyond her technical expertise, Nancy creates a welcoming environment that resonates with customers and teammates. She has a unique ability to make customers feel at home, embodying the spirit of the Exchange with her kindness and warmth. Her managers and supervisors appreciate her seamless collaboration and unwavering reliability. She willingly helps train new associates, ensuring they feel confident and informed. Her commitment to the Exchange mission is undeniable, and she stands as an invaluable member of the Fort Sill team.
Caroline Mitchum
Food Court Mobile Truck Driver
Keesler Air Force Base
Caroline is the Keesler AFB mobile food driver. With hard work, dedication, and great customer service, the mobile units’ sales are currently trending 11.9% above PY, GP 2% above PY and bottom line is 41% above PY. This is in large part due to Caroline’s efforts. Caroline is always looking for ways to make things better for customers by trying to keep up with trends and listening to their concerns. She has added three new menu items in the past year. Caroline prepares all the sandwiches fresh daily before heading out on her route. Caroline, thank you for your dedication to the Keesler Exchange customers and community.
