Patricia stepped up and took over the position of the services business manager on very short notice in November 2022. In this position, she finished large projects such as Panda Express-Grafenwoehr, Dunkin’-Hohenfels and Baskin Robbins-Rose Barracks. She managed to tackle every obstacle that she came across in those two years and helped bring 38.41% to overall Exchange sales and 33.45% in earnings. Patricia, we want to thank you for an outstanding job performance and helping the Exchange Family to provide excellent services to our customers. You went above and beyond, and we appreciate all your efforts.

Kerstin is consistent with her results, elevates all issues as needed but not without completing all the necessary research. She follows up until a resolution is met and is ready with suggestions when needed. Her inventory system in the Softlines department is bar none when it comes to organization and rotation of stock. This system keeps our sales floor merchandise fresh and in line with corporate standards and avoids unnecessary markdowns. Kerstin plays a key role in the communication between the stockers, clothing belt hanger associates, sales floor associates, supervisors and managers.

Jackson is an all-around outstanding associate. He is one of our team members who works in both concepts and is an excellent example of someone with an “How can I help” mentality. He is kind, respectful, reliable and takes great care of our guests. He is always up for any challenge thrown at him and to top it all off, he is the youngest associate here. At just 18 years old, he is more mature than many of his peers. Jackson is an impressive young associate!
