Since joining the Nellis Exchange in 2020, Jane has made a significant impact, particularly through her transformative work at the Nellis GameStop. When Jane first took over the store, it ranked among the bottom 16 in the Las Vegas district. However, through her outstanding leadership and dedication, she quickly turned things around, elevating GameStop at Nellis to the No. 1 position in the district. Jane’s effective management skills and her commitment to customers and her team have resulted in an impressive 80% increase in sales. Her ability to inspire her team, engage with customers, and implement successful sales strategies has set a new standard for excellence. Jane’s achievements not only showcase her capabilities as a manager but also reflect her passion and dedication to the Exchange mission. Her work embodies the spirit and drive that define our organization. Julie Bogan is an energetic addition to the Malmstrom main store. As courier, Julie delivers merchandise to Gorehill Air National Guard in Great Falls, Montana, and drives an hour and a half south to Helena to support the troops down in Fort Harrison. Julie meets every task that comes her way, and her initiative is second to none. Julie will stock SBT like a champion, contributing to our SBT increases MTD by 14%. Her friendly disposition and kindness make her a strong teammate, proving to be dependable, willing to serve in the Express or the main store. Thank you, Julie, for all you do!

Sylvia consistently impresses with her exceptional work ethic and her ability to foster a positive atmosphere among the entire team. Having been with the exchange for more than 11 years, Sylvia is not only a vital part of Charleys, but also a true team player who is always ready to lend a hand without hesitation. Her uplifting spirit boosts team morale and positively affects our customers. Sylvia frequently goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Her contributions were crucial in the successful launch of our wings and a new register, demonstrating her commitment to excellence.
