Kimberly Hart
Food Service Foreman
Offutt AFB
Mrs. Hart has been with the Exchange for just over six months. During that time, we have had several customer comments on her exceptional customer service. She always puts the customer first and provides service with a smile. She takes every opportunity to train others on proper procedures and the importance of controlling production. Her great customer service and positive reinforcement of others has had a positive impact on the facility.
Natalia Hilton
Services Operations Assistant
Redstone Arsenal
Natalia’s dedication and hard work have made a significant impact on the Redstone Exchange team. Natalia began her journey with us in March 2023 at Martin Road Express, where she quickly proved herself to be a vital team member. Recognizing her potential, Natalia embraced a new opportunity in February 2024 as the services operations assistant, a role in which she has excelled. One of Natalia’s standout achievements has been her leadership in revamping our food truck program. Under her guidance, we’ve grown to host an impressive lineup of more than 34 food trucks circulating the Arsenal. This initiative has been a game-changer, driving food sales from $198,837 to an astounding $482,382, and our income has increased from $15,422 to $40,804 year-to-date! Natalia is constantly looking for new and exciting opportunities to showcase the Redstone Exchange while enhancing the customer experience. Natalia’s contributions go far beyond the numbers. She takes the lead in managing all short-term contracts for our food operations, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality services to our customers. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to maintain the highest standards are testaments to her passion for the Exchange mission. Natalia’s efforts have not only boosted revenue but also enhanced the overall customer experience, making her an invaluable part of our team. Her dedication, innovation, and hard work inspire us all. Thank you, Natalia, for going above and beyond every day. Your contributions don’t just strengthen the Redstone Exchange—they make it exceptional. We are fortunate to have you on our team!
