Ricky Shumock Jr. has demonstrated exceptional leadership as the services business manager (SBM) since the start of fiscal year 2023. Under his guidance, his team increased concession earnings by $181,000, an 11% rise from 2022 to 2023. For November 2024 year-to-date, they are $206,000 (14%) ahead of the previous year. Ricky’s emphasis on a “can-do attitude” has fostered collaboration on numerous successful events, both within Wiesbaden facilities and in the broader community. His swift, positive problem-solving skills make him an ideal fit for this role. The Exchange team deeply appreciates his relentless efforts to enhance operations and support the community. Vicenza Main Store

Alessandra has been part of the Vicenza main store team for more than nine years, and always embraces Exchange programs, offering them as part of our exceptional customer experience strategy. She makes training a top priority, collaborating with fellow managers and supervisors to ensure all team members understand the importance of Exchange programs for our customers and for our facility. For FY24, Vicenza is the leading main store in Europe for MILITARY STAR penetration at 16.08% and No. 3 for applications with 340 new MILITARY STAR customers.  Vicenza is the No. 1 main store worldwide for Exchange Protection Plan at 22.08% and has a 55% attachment rate for AppleCare. Alessandra has been instrumental in exceeding program goals, and with more than $7,000 in contest funds won that have been used for team-building events. This has also positively affected associate morale.

Adriana has consistently demonstrated a strong drive and passion for her work in her role as the temporary Subway manager. Her commitment to upholding brand standards and prioritizing associate training has been commendable. Recently, Adriana’s efforts resulted in an impressive Subway REV brand inspection score of 97.5% (an increase of 11.43% compared with previous period). Notably, she achieved a perfect score of 100% in food safety. Subway DOR is 12.52% YTD, 14.9% above FP. We sincerely appreciate Adriana for her dedication and passion, and we are honored to have her as part of the Grafenwoehr food court team.
