Jade Luke
Warehouse Worker
Hawaii Exchange, Schofield Main Store
Ms. Luke has been a valued member of the Hawaii Exchange family for 10 years, and her dedication was recently recognized as she developed visual guides to simplify the process for stocker and other store associates in identifying products eligible for return-to-vendor credit in Departments 20 and 83. These visual guides, along with accompanying procedures, allowed Jade to retrieve more than $255,000 YTD in damaged and defective merchandise by processing return-to-vendor authorizations in a timely and accurate manner. Furthermore, Jade serves as the chairwoman for the AEJS program across all Exchange facilities on the north side of Oahu.
