The MILITARY STAR® Challenge Cup Competition is Back!
The MILITARY STAR® Challenge Cup is back and better than before with more opportunities to be recognized. Running through the fiscal year, the competition gives Exchanges worldwide an opportunity to prove their prowess by increasing MILITARY STAR card usage and new accounts among shoppers.
Exchanges can compete at the store and region levels for a chance to be recognized as a top Exchange during the first and second halves of the fiscal year. The winning Exchange for each region will receive $500 for a team celebration, based on categories such as the highest percentage of new accounts and year-over-year usage.
At the conclusion of the fiscal year, the most improved and top region with the greatest MILITARY STAR card usage and new accounts opened will be honored with a special cup presentation to their region’s SVP. The top Exchange in each of those categories will receive $1,000 for a team celebration and a special presentation by their general manager.
“The MILITARY STAR Challenge Cup provides associates and Exchanges with the opportunity to be recognized for their efforts to provide shoppers with the benefits of the MILITARY STAR card,” said Exchange Credit Program Senior Vice President Tommy Ward. “We’re excited to revamp it to allow more opportunities for our associates and Exchanges to be celebrated!”
New account results are calculated based on calendar month/year, while usage is calculated based on fiscal month/year.
