Hilda Allen
Services Operations Assistant
Fort Sill
Hilda Allen, services operations assistant, makes outstanding contributions to the Exchange. Throughout the two-month transition period of our incoming assistant services business managers, Hilda has proved herself to be an invaluable asset to our team. Hilda met additional responsibilities with poise and determination and has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to our concessions, but she has also shown incredible dedication to our customers’ satisfaction. Her willingness to go above and beyond has ensured that our operations continued smoothly and efficiently during this time of transition. In addition to her day-to-day duties as a services operation assistant, Hilda’s initiative has had a ieffect on the Exchange’s offerings. In the past year alone, Hilda has brought in 11 new short-term vendors and four new food trucks, expanding the variety and quality of services we offer. These additions directly contributed to enhancing the overall experience for our military personnel and visitors. Her efforts have not only improved the variety of services we provide but have also contributed to a positive and dynamic environment at the Exchange. YTD concession sales are 20% AFP and income 23% AFP

The Wright-Patterson Burger King scored brand inspections at an amazing 97-99% and was top in the BK district here. Sherry was selected by BK corporate to attend the Burger King conference in October in Las Vegas after her restaurants recognized in the Burger King Corporate “Royal League” as national best overall restaurant. Sherry and her team rank No. 1 in speed of service drive-thru in Central Region.
