Grace Abney, our Logistics Clerk, does much more than her title suggests. She is always ready to assist wherever needed in the Exchange. Her expertise includes tracking merchandise, managing financials and controlling inventory. Grace is dedicated to helping customers, especially when it comes to retrieving missing parts for their purchases. We often receive compliments about her exceptional service and her commitment to ensuring that customers have everything they need when shopping at our Exchange. In addition to her professional duties, Grace loves baking and plays a key role in organizing our holiday party, and ensures that it is a memorable event. She consistently goes above and beyond, taking care of our associates and customers. Grace exemplifies the spirit of “Family Serving Family” and we thank her for making a difference!

Michelle Bullard

Fort Drum Food Court

Michelle is a temporary concept manager and has done an outstanding job motivating and leading her team at the Fort Drum Qdoba. The team responds by exemplifying an outstanding experience for our customers due to Michelle’s leadership and drive. She treats our customers like family and knows her regular customers by name, motivating them to return, which shows in our financials. Year-to-date sales and direct operating results are above prior year 20.3% and 135.2% respectively. Michelle truly embodies the spirit of “serving the best customers in the world,” and we are proud she has led the team to be inducted in the Queso Qlub for outstanding REV inspections.

 

 

Monika Blevins

Customer Experience Associate

JBMDL Main Store

 

Monika is one of our Customer Experience Associates in Softlines.  She also doubles as our Military Star Ambassador and during her brief residence in this position she has begun to really energize the associates to engage with customers about the features and benefits of the Military Star Card. This is causing an upward trend of more Military Star applications processed.  Monika has received several customer comments, via the CSI surveys as well as customer feedback to management, that really appreciate how she works with them and is always smiling and friendly.  She has helped us out with many store events and really enjoys interacting with our customers, young and old.
