During a time when the Balkans is experiencing variable troop numbers through the rotational nature of our business, Arjeta has found new ways to grow a profitable business. She consistently maintains an owner-operator mentality, leading her team through consistent execution and listening to the Soldiers, to best meet their MCS needs. Her YTD sales have increased 4.6% above plan, while increasing margin 37.6% above plan. The facility earnings increased by 63.5%. Arjeta and her team also assist in other areas of the facility, making a welcome contribution outside of the MCS. A pleasant, competent, caring professional, Arjeta does a great job of modeling effective leadership.

Mr. Hakan Antinkaya, co-owner of the BaseFix Internet company, has been providing base-wide telecom services for more than 15 years on Incirlik AB, Türkiye. Mr. Antinkaya’s hard work, commitment, attitude and extensive knowledge are truly commendable. He consistently demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals. His proactive approach allows him to anticipate challenges and address those effectively, while his depth of knowledge ensures that well-informed and efficient decision-making continues to have a lasting effect on the Incirlik community. His commitment to serving the best customers in the world has resulted in a YTD sales increase of 8%. We are proud to have him serving the Incirlik AB community.

Charley’s Concept Manager Brian Lickey is being recognized for his outstanding performance this fiscal year. Brian exceeded all financial metrics YTD, achieving a 6.4% ($37,381) increase in sales, a 4.7% ($12,522) reduction in PC, and a 76.2% ($25,103) improvement in DOR versus last year. These financial achievements have directly contributed to Brian’s ability to drive both financial success and customer satisfaction. He has set a high standard for excellence, and we greatly appreciate his dedication and leadership.
