His proactive approach maximizes product availability and improves the shopping experience for customers, leading to greater satisfaction and continued business.

Concordia “Mamma Gigi” is an all-around outstanding associate. She is one of our team members who works our back drive thru and is an excellent example of someone with a positive “Good morning” attitude. She is kind, respectful, reliable and takes great care of our guests. She is always up for any challenge thrown at her and to top it all off, she is the oldest associate here. At 73 years old, she can work circles around these young crew members.

Her commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond have been instrumental in driving sales, with a notable increase of 30.8% above last year’s YTD Sales, making her an invaluable asset to the Cannon Barber Shop team.
