Brittney Atkins
Owner, Total Life Changes Concession
Barksdale AFB
Brittney Atkins is the owner of Total Life Changes, a new concessionaire for the Barksdale AFB Exchange. Ms. Atkins has been a concessionaire since Dec. 21, 2024. During this time, she has quickly made a positive impact on Barksdale AFB Exchange services operations and the community. Total Life Changes accounted for $12,000 in sales during its first two-plus months with an income of $1K. Ms. Atkins is extremely creative in attracting new and returning customers with her friendly demeanor and excellent customer service. Ms. Atkins’ commitment to a healthier lifestyle resonates well with our community and continues to bring customers back for return visits. Ms. Atkins is a great partner, and the Exchange looks forward to our continued collaboration.
Heather Brown
Food Service Foreman, Burger King
Offutt AFB
Heather will mark six years with the Exchange this July. She is a dedicated foreman who has plenty of regular customers that she assists every day. Heather knows many of their orders by heart. They’re always happy to see her and usually insist on her help. Heather has developed her team by training and following up–not just holding them accountable but working with them side by side. Because of Heather’s focus and dedication, Burger King has increased sales 2.2% with 5.2 % GP. The Burger King team is grateful for Heather and everything she does for our customers, her teammates and the store.
Elizabeth Tanguma
Supervisor
Whiteman Main Exchange
Elizabeth started as the softlines supervisor in December 2024 and has been such an asset not only to the department, but to the store in general. Elizabeth started out at the gun counter; she continuously helps in the hardlines department and customer service; and has now made her way to softlines. She is incredibly flexible about her schedule and always makes time to help our associates and other departments when needed. She fills in a lot of gaps with no complaints! Not only is she knowledgeable about the bulk of the store, but she always seeks more knowledge to expand her toolbelt. She is eager to grow and learn how to navigate the challenges we have to navigate every day and has adapted well to the ever-changing aspects of softlines. Elizabeth is responsible, a self-starter who is always working to improve the department. She is a fantastic addition to the softlines team, and the department wouldn’t be the same without her hard work.
