Crossroads Supervisor Hiroki was tasked to monitor and manage our Snack Avenue department with the determination to reverse our negative GP and align with our corporate goal of 30%. Following his thorough training, Hiroki closely monitored our Snack Avenue orders, increased sales and minimized waste. Thanks to Hiroki’s commitment to excellence and hard work, we significantly improved our once-negative GP to 59.72%. This resulted in a remarkable 446.1% improvement in AFP for fiscal January, and fiscal February results of 41.32%, 97.8% AFP! Thank you, Hiroki, for playing an integral part in the overall success of our Crossroads Express. We couldn’t be prouder!

We are proud to recognize Mr. Antonio Jomer for his exceptional performance, dedication and contributions to the food facility. His eagerness to cross-train at Charleys and Burger King and help with cash-register duties and operations has been invaluable during staffing shortages. Jomer’s hard work, attention to detail and positive attitude have significantly improved guest experiences and overall operations. Thanks to his efforts, Charleys sales increased by 2.92% and productivity improved by 27.6% above expectations in February. We greatly appreciate his teamwork, leadership and commitment to maintaining high standards.

In support of the annual Cope North exercise and mission, Lynne and her team provided exceptional service. She ensured that vehicle rentals for military members were ready for pickup. She also provided each guest a map of Guam to familiarize them with the island. Lynne’s professionalism and expertise combined with hard work paid off with sales of $392,533 and income of $137,465 in FM February 2025. Lynne and her team truly echo the Exchange’s mission, vision and core values.
