Jacinto Aguilar has been with the Exchange for more than 20 years and consistently demonstrates outstanding performance. At Nellis AFB Popeyes, he provides exceptional customer service and plays a key role in driving sales, with a 4.2% increase year-to-date ($107,503 compared with last year’s $103,129). Jacinto effectively manages his daily responsibilities, maintaining high product quality and adhering to Popeyes’ standards for preparation. He consistently shows initiative to ensure fast service and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Jacinto monitors food levels to minimize waste, helping maintain a gross profit of 74.3%, up from last year’s 69.64%. He also adheres to food safety regulations, contributing to a brand audit score of 96.1%. We greatly appreciate Jacinto’s dedication and loyalty to Nellis AFB Popeyes.

Julia has made an incredible impact at Mountain Home AFB by launching the base’s very first unattended retail unit (URU). In just the first month, the URU is doubling the sales of all her other 11 vending machines combined. But Julia isn’t just aiming for a successful business venture, she’s on a mission to provide exactly what service members need and want. Every single day, Julia goes above and beyond to stay on top of the latest trends and constantly find new ways to make the URU an even more convenient and exciting option for everyone.

Markee has received many customer comments complimenting “her sincere work efforts and positive enthusiastic vibes.” She consistently shows outstanding work not only to her customers, but also to her MCS teammates.  She continues to demonstrate behaviors and efforts that align closely to the Exchange core values and actively supports the Exchange mission by continuing to go above and beyond in her role at the Military Clothing store.  Markee is a great example of bringing positivity to the workplace and making it a fun, joyful experience on a day-to-day basis.
