Sweet treats and savory crepes are on the menu at Alaska Crepery, which opened this month at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Exchange food court.

“After receiving positive feedback on social media about bringing Alaska Crepery to the Main Exchange, the JBER community is excited for this new option inside the food court,” said Exchange Services Business Manager Dahlia Haliburton.

The restaurant gave away crepes, Italian sodas and other samples from the menu at its grand opening.

“The company is a popular local business that has operated in downtown Anchorage for a little more than three years, primarily serving those in uniform. It is refreshing and convenient to now have access to this option on base,” Haliburton said. “The military community can expect a wide range of savory and sweet crepes; whether shoppers are in the mood for a classic ham and cheese crepe or a decadent Nutella-filled treat, there is something for everyone on the menu.”
