A new Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers location opened at Fort Bliss on Oct. 6. The restaurant, located at Bldg. 1724, Marshall Road, is the first Raising Cane’s brought to an Army or Air Force installation by the Army & Air Force Exchange Service.
