Three Long-Time Exchange Managers Named SVPs

Three managers have been named senior vice presidents by Director/CEO Tom Shull.

Head of the Exchange’s Washington office, Gregg Cox became SVP for government affairs and will lead community outreach initiatives in CONUS. He will track legislative changes on Capitol Hill and represent the Exchange to Department of Defense, Army and Air Force leaders.

Marla Smith became the Central Region’s SVP after moving from the Pacific Region, where she served as regional vice president. Since joining the Exchange in 1993, she has accumulated vast management experience at the store, regional and HQ levels. She also has worked as a retail program specialist, director of customer experience, VP of strategic corporate communication and executive administrator to the chief operating officer.

Judd Anstey became SVP of corporate communication, responsible for leading the planning and developing strategies that support organization growth, brand awareness, employee engagement and customer loyalty. Anstey joined the Exchange in 2001, and worked his way up to senior public relations manager and vice president of corporate communication.
