At the customer service desk last month, received absolutely superb service by Ms. Nicole Cooley! Ms. Cooley went above the call of duty to take care of my personal request for a 220v treadmill. The Grafenwoehr store had recently sold out, and Ms. Cooley took time to research and quickly locate another unit in Europe. This week, I bought and received the transferred treadmill from Ramstein AB. Ms. Cooley is a tremendous representative for the organization and is exactly who I want taking care of me for future orders.

Ta-hye Chang was absolutely fabulous with her customer service. Not only did she take me to the department in the store where the items that I was instructed to find were located, but she interpreted a phone call to ensure I was getting the right items. Most of all, she did this with honest smile, not the ones where you smile because you have to smile. That is why I am taking the time to thank Ms. Chang for her simple act of kindness that made something I really didn’t have time to do enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
