EUCOM Exchange
Lamar “Alex” Solomon, End-User Computer Technician for the EUCOM Exchange, was instrumental in ensuring our fixed asset inventory was as seamless and simple as possible despite it being the first time anyone had ever completed this task. He was available for any questions we had and offered his assistance in locating items when we began to prep for the fixed asset inventory. On top of maintaining his regular duties as an EUCT, he routinely finds parts to repair hardware and equipment necessary for daily business functions, saving the Exchange more expenditures. Alex is always willing to assist without hesitation and works alongside our teams to ensure we can resolve IT-related issues as soon as possible with minimal impact to operations.

Lakenheath
Sonia has an outstanding relationship with students, parents, school administration and her team members. Everything she does is done with love and pride, which shows in her food presentation and customer service she provides. Liberty Intermediate School has seen an increase in sales of 58.42% YTD with an overall participation of 79% and this is due to Sonia’s relationship with the Lakenheath community and students. Sonia has received emails praising her customer service and even had her name mentioned during the 2021 SMP survey: “The staff here at LIS has taken the time to get to know the students, their names, and in many cases memorize what their drink choices are. It’s nice to know that when my kid goes to school for food, they are going to have a personal experience. Huge shout out to Sonia and team, to whom my child gives air hugs and kisses to every day!”
James Green

Mr. Green consistently fills in the gaps for our facility in ways that go far beyond the scope of his regular job duties. It is not out of the ordinary to see him help fill in during personnel shortages in stocking, receiving, offloading containers, doing on-hand research, BOPIS orders, assisting customers, talking up the MILITARY STAR card, Exchange Protection Plans and AppleCare. James shows up ready to work and is a “never say no” type of leader, who is willing to do whatever it takes to solve for yes for both internal and external customers. He has graciously volunteered to support other facilities on numerous occasions. As a retired Marine, James truly connects with our community and exhibits the core values in every observed interaction with peers, subordinates and customers.
