Kharyn enjoys organizing and running events. She has planned 23 events so far this year, greatly impacting our sales as well as our community morale. Kharyn is well-organized and works diligently along with her team, keeping all areas up to date by reducing season end markdowns by 23% and promoting new products as they arrive. Her hard work and dedication have led to a 10% or $1,405,948 year-to-date impact as of July 2023. Kharyn’s outstanding perspective and mindset are what makes her one of our valued superstars!

For the past 15 years, Antonia has been dedicated to ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience She displays a keen attention to detail, ensures that her stockroom area is always inventory-ready and expertly maintains toys– her primary area of responsibility–perfectly. Antonia’s dedication to taking care of our smallest customers is evident in the 13.8% sales increase over last year. She is an expert baker and gifted artist, always creating posters for special events like retirements and baby showers or bringing in beautifully decorated treats for the holidays. Antonia is always willing to share her talents with the team, bringing a smile and joy to our Vicenza Exchange family.

Costel is a team player and an example for other employees to follow. He goes above and beyond on every project he works on and ensures that it’s completed in an exceptional way. Costel implemented a system to make it easy not only for him but for the entire team to know what we have in all 24 containers that serve as our stockroom. With his timely stocking, reorganizing and merchandise displays, he was instrumental in our recent store reset. Costel prioritizes his day by putting our customers’ needs first. His can-do attitude and great sense of humor make him a great teammate. Thank you, Costel!
