OPERATION: Call Out—Pacific Region

Operation Call Out

Kwon, Chang-hyok; Choe, Chang-kyun; and Tabitha Aiello represent the “Best of the Best” from the Pacific Region. Our teams continue to provide amazing customer experiences for our service members, retirees and their families within our communities. We could not be prouder of what they do daily. Their actions reflect great credit upon themselves and the Pacific Region. Pacific Pride!

Kwon, Chang-hyok
Logistics Associate
Camp Walker – Korean Southern Exchange

Mr. Kwon is a Logistics associate at the Camp Walker main store who shows strong attention to detail, has effective organization skills and a comprehensive understanding of stockroom operations. Recently, he identified a shipping error in “You Made the Grade” cards totaling $8,008.  Mr. Kwon immediately reported the error to the store manager and regional business office.  They collaborated with PZ-PO to arrange for the expedited return to Dan Daniel Distribution Center.  Thanks to his immediate action to correct the error, we were able to minimize the impact to Exchange perations.  THANK YOU, Mr. Kwon for being such a valuable asset to the Korea Southern Exchange Team!

Choe, Chang-kyun
Taco Bell Food Service Worker
Camp Casey – Korea Northern Exchange

Chang-kyun always takes the lead regardless how challenging a task is. In August, we experienced an issue adequately staffing the snack bar at Rodriguez Range because of its remote location. Without hesitation, Chang-kyun volunteered to assist, following the Exchange motto, “We go where you go!”. With his assistance, Rodriguez Range snack bar operations ran smoothly throughout the exercise. He was able to increase our sales by more than 55% compared wuth last year. Chang-kyun is just one of many great teammates at Camp Case, but he is a huge asset to the Korean Northern Exchange.  THANK YOU for all you do!

Tabitha Aiello
Ira Green SBT Representative
Camp Fuji – Yokota Air Base

Tabitha sets a high standard for Ira Green Assortments. She consistently makes our military members and their families one of her highest priorities. Tabitha’s dedication and collaboration resulted in $8,596 or a 24% increase in Ira Green sales. She also procured additional plush animals to sell at Yokota’s annual Friendship Festival and generated an additional $4,000 in sales for the Exchange! Thank you, Tabitha, for always Serving the Best Customers in the World with a smiling face and recognizing the importance of Family Serving Family!
