Pokolo has worked for the Exchange since 2021. He was promoted in February 2023 to supervisor for the North Post firearms counter. He is well-known to our customers, and many seek him out to ask for recommendations or to discuss general firearms knowledge. Under Pokolo’s leadership, our North Post Sporting Goods was No. 22 in sales for Eastern Region with $133,878—$16,000 over last year. He only continues to grow in his current role and has a bright future with the Exchange!

Elise takes great pride in her work and ensures our customers’ satisfaction is always a priority. Recently she was recognized by Chief Master Sgt. Kevin Osby, Exchange senior enlisted advisor, for her commitment, strong display of spirit, and dedication to the Exchange. Elise’s passion to serve those who serve is greatly appreciated!

Jasmine, a military spouse who has been with the Exchange for a year, has done a phenomenal job engaging with the local community to build the short-term commodity program.  She has increased our short-term sales by 20.1% and our income by 93.2%. Thanks to Jasmine’s efforts, Fort Gregg-Adams’ short-term commodity sales are the thiird-highest in Eastern Region with $705,192 and our income is second-highest with $129,343. She has been a great asset to our Services team.
