I didn’t see the color my son wanted. I spotted Jason and asked him if there were any tan ones in the back. He checked his handheld and saw there were two available. We walked around the store to see if one had been put on display somewhere else. When we didn’t find one, he gave me his card and asked that I email him so he could email me back when the vendor came back in with more of those hats. I did, and he did!  Jason emailed me and told me he was holding one of the hats for me on his desk.  I went into the store the next day to pick up the hat. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Jason!”

I was very lucky the supervisor was on duty when I showed up.  I really can’t thank her and her staff enough!” Thank you, Chieko, we are proud to have you as part of our team!
