In early 2023, when Sarah became the manager at Arby’s, the facility was operating at a loss. Despite many challenges, with her attention to detail and her diligent work with her team, she was able to make our facility profitable. With their combined efforts, Sarah and her team were able to increase our sales 10.6%, increase gross profit 5.8%, and decrease expenses 9.5%—all above prior year.  \In addition to these amazing achievements, they were able to drive our bottom line to $40,169, which is an outstanding increase of 455% above prior year.  Keep up the remarkable work, Sarah!

Susan’s passion and drive have been instrumental in improving our Services operations. With her creative strategies and her devotion to mentoring and encouraging our team members, she continues to fill our shopping center with new and returning vendors—increasing our short-term portfolio. By using the tenant tracker tool to monitor vendor placements, Susan has elevated vendor performance and enhanced our customers’ experiences. Her strong rapport, loyalties and efforts have contributed a 153% increase to our short-term program direct operating results year-to-date.  Way to go, Susan—continue leading the way for fiscal year 2024!

Jayna Viney

Jayna started in the Offutt food court two years ago as a Starbucks crewmember. Her hard work, flexibility, and ability to lead have led to her current position of foreman. Jayna has trained three new associates and a newly appointed supervisor. With her drive, commitment and customer service, our sales are 18.69% above financial plan and 23.52% above last year. This recent customer comment reflects her commitment to our customers:  “I don’t get to visit often, but when I do, I know it will be a great experience. I’m very grateful for the team that works here. This Starbucks offers the most welcoming, professional, and humorous attitudes I’ve ever seen!”
